Raw "Cooking"

The WAC had a special guest this month. Kristi, Kari's sister, showed the WACy gals had to make  healthy raw tostadas. All ingredients were vegan and mostly organic. Melissa brought her new Vitamix blender and the women literally whipped up some food! "Taco meat" was made with ground walnuts. Toppings included "sour cream" (cashews blended with water, salt, and lemon), lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. The crisp corn tortilla was pre-made by Kristi in her dehydrator. Guests also enjoyed carrots with raw/vegan ranch dressing, lemonade sweetened with agave nectar, coconut water, and a raw/vegan berry pie.
