Hiroko hosted the first WAC of 2010. The activity was a big hit...we learned to make California sushi rolls! Hiroko is not only a fabulous sushi maker, but also an excellent pre-k teacher. She made us simple step-by-step directions with visual aids, and we each went home with our own bamboo mat to continue creating. To accompany the sushi, we had a yummy cauliflower soup and mochi for dessert.
